Information we collect
Nearbuy processes product searches, the location you enter, and—only when you grant browser permission—your device location. We may also record basic technical information, saved preferences, and outbound retailer clicks needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use location to center the map, identify nearby stores, rank results, and request store-specific availability. Search and interaction data help us improve matching, detect errors, measure retailer referrals, and prevent abuse.
Location choices
You can deny or revoke location permission in your browser and enter a city or area manually. Nearbuy does not sell precise location data. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.
Service providers and retailer sites
Nearbuy may use mapping and location providers, hosting and security providers, retailer catalogs, merchant-authorized inventory connections, and affiliate networks. When you follow a retailer link, that retailer’s privacy policy and terms apply.
Cookies and local storage
The app may use browser storage for saved items, preferences, session continuity, and security. Third-party retailer pages may use their own cookies after you leave Nearbuy.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to or deletion of personal information associated with you by contacting us. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Children
Nearbuy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
