These terms govern your use of Nearbuy’s local product search service.

Search information
Nearbuy compares public and merchant-authorized information to help you discover nearby products. Prices, hours, inventory, and pickup eligibility can change and may be incomplete. Confirm the current price and availability with the retailer before traveling or purchasing.
Retailer transactions
Nearbuy is not the seller of products shown in search results. Purchases, payments, pickup, shipping, warranties, returns, and customer service are governed by the retailer’s terms. A retailer listing does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
Affiliate disclosure
Nearbuy may earn a commission from eligible purchases or referrals made through retailer links, at no extra cost to you. Compensation does not change the displayed price-verification standard.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, evade safeguards, submit unlawful content, or use automated access in a way that burdens Nearbuy or violates retailer rights.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Nearbuy disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nearbuy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a retailer transaction.
Changes
We may update these terms as Nearbuy evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
